Shipping & Returns

Shipping
  • Upon receiving your order, we will process and ship it out as quickly as possible. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 
  • All orders are shipped to you from Los Angeles, California. 
  • If delivery is rejected and returned to Rosie and Moss, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded.

* Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Rosie and Moss has no control over these shipping carrier delays. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact the selected shipping carrier for more information. 

Returns
  • We hope you and your baby love everything that you order! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit. 
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All items must be unworn, in their original packaging and with tags attached.
  • All sale items are final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • After your return has been processed, you will receive an email with a virtual gift card that can be used toward any future purchase. The cost of all returned items that do not meet the above criteria for returns will be deducted from your store credit amount.
