Where are you located? We are located in Los Angeles, California, and ship directly to you from our Los Angeles location!
Do your items run true to size? Our items are true to US sizing. If you are concerned about sizing, we suggest you size up - your little one will always grow into it!
When will an item be back in stock? We do our best to restock items as quickly as possible. This largely depends on the availability and production time of our suppliers.
How often do you get new merchandise? We are constantly searching for new items to keep your little one stylish and trendy! We try to add new items at least once a month. Join our mailing list to be notified when new items are added to the site!
How do discount codes work? We love our customers and frequently offer discounts! Our discount codes are applicable to all full priced merchandise. Discounts will not be applicable on items that are already marked down. Each discount code can be used once per customer, and can not be combined with other codes.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Our emails are generated automatically by our system and are sent to the email address used on the order. First, please check your Spam or Junk Folder. If you don’t see it there, please email support@rosieandmoss.com with the name on your order and the email you want your order confirmation forwarded to.
I emailed you but have not heard back yet. We try our best to respond to emails within 24 hours. Please check your Spam or Junk folder, as emails are sometimes sent there.

When can I expect to receive my item? For all information on our estimated shipping times and shipping policy, please visit our shipping page.
My tracking says my order was delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do? Please contact your local USPS station and give them your tracking number. They will be able to track the package’s last geo-tag scan and tell you if the package was delivered to the wrong address or if it was in fact delivered to your address. If the package has been stolen, please contact your local authorities. Rosie and Moss is not responsible for stolen packages.
