General

Where are you located?

We are located in Los Angeles, California and ship all items directly to you from our Los Angeles Location.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

We ship items out as they are ready. If an item in your order is backordered or on pre-order, we will ship the rest of your items together and then ship the remaining items when they are ready.

How are your items sized?

All items in our store follow US sizing. All items fit true to size unless otherwise stated in the specific item's description.

How do sales and discount codes work?

Sales and discount codes are available only while supplies last and for a limited amount of time. We are not able to price adjust if you have already placed an order. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

I can't find my confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your Junk or Spam folders. IF you still do not see a confirmation email, please email us at info@rosieandmoss.com with your order details, and we will send you another confirmation email.

Can I shop Rosie and Moss in person?

Right now we only offer online shopping. However, sign up for our emails to find out when we will be doing pop-ups in the Los Angeles and Southern California area!

How do I track my order?

After your order is processed and dropped off with our courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process my return?

It can take up to 7 days to approve and process your item for exchange or store credit. We do not accept returns at this time.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Answer hereWe accept exchanged within 30 days. All items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached.
